Tax consulting
A thoroughly prepared business sale or succession includes tax planning by an expert. At times, future tax treatment is obvious and no consulting is needed. Tax planning, when needed, is always a separate service, because its work load differs a lot from case to case.
Usually our tax related services cost 500 to 3000 euros (+ VAT). These sums don’t include possible payments to government agencies. In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, it is worth using an expert also when applying for preliminary rulings from the tax authority. The tax authority is bound by the rulings, if the application has the necessary and correct information, and one acts according to that information.
