Hibbard Inshore acquired all shares of Loxus 3D Tunnel Inspections Oy to expand its services in Europe and worldwide

AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN, May 25th, 2022 — Hibbard Inshore announced today that it has completed the transaction to acquire all shares of Loxus 3D Tunnel Inspections Oy, a Finnish based company, to expand its services in Europe and worldwide.

Loxus 3D Tunnel Inspections Oy is a leader in underwater inspections of dams, tunnels, pipelines and other underwater civil infrastructure in Europe. With over 24 years of experience in professional diving operations and as a pioneer in 3D robotics technology, the company has its offices in Tuusula, Finland.
